K6800 is a low-cost HF Gasket, which can be supplier in a wide range of dimensions. It is very effective in
combination with zinc-plated steel and aluminium construction. All gaskets are provided with a self-adhesive
strip (This strip can be conductive or non conductive), and/or embossed surface for more flexibility. Amucor-shield
6800 consists of a neoprene or PVC polyurethane foam core covered with reinforced foil, based on Amucor alloy.
This guarantees excellent shielding performance. It has a very high strength and abrasion resistance. For special
applications, different foam cores and conductive foils and fabrics are available.

Water sealing gaskets for screwed applications like panels, displays and windows.
The K7300 series EMC / IP gaskets are cost-effective combinations of an EMI shielding gasket and a water seal. This type comes provided with a self-adhesive strip.
The gasket consists of two neoprene or PVC foam cores, one of which is covered with reinforced foil based on the high performance Amucor alloy. The two parts can deflect independently to guarantee optimal shielding and sealing performance.
Sharp corners can be made easily, without interrupting the water seal.

Ultra Soft Shield K7400 is an HF shielding gasket with high shielding performance and extremely low closure force.
This prevents deflection of doors/parts, which improves shielding performance. The core consists of a high-grade
polyurethane foam with a maximum compression of 80%, which distinguishes Ultra Soft Shield K7400 from other commonly
used shielding materials.
Ultra Soft Shield K7400 is covered with a highly conductive and wear resistant metallised fabric. Different foam cores
and conductive foils and fabrics are available for special applications.

Ultra Soft Twin Shield K7800 is a combined HF gasket / water seal with very low closure force. All gaskets are provided with
a self-adhesive strip. Ultra Soft Twin Shield K7800 consists of an HF gasket combined with an environmental seal of closed-cell
foam rubber. The standard material for the water seal is a slowly recovering PVC foam, which is fully watertight at 30%
compression.
For DOORS: Products with low closure force, to prevent bending of doors, lids and panels.

For doors products with low closure force is required to prevent bending of doors, lids and panels.
A very large compression range and a low closure force characterize the K8600 and K8700 series V-shape gaskets. They come with a self-adhesive strip for easy mounting.
The K8600 series gaskets consist of a neoprene foam core with a rigid insert covered with reinforced foil based on a Amucor alloy.
The K8700 series is a flame-retardant version, which can be supplied in UL94V-0 complaint version.
