O-Profiles for Grooves
Several types of 0-profiles have been developed for different applications, each with their own benefits. Three kinds of cores are available: solid, hollow extrusion, and cell rubber. These can be covered with reinforced Amucor foil for the highest shielding performance or metallised fabric for the best flexibility. It is also available with conductive rubber layers.

For optimal shielding performances a compression of 10-30% is recommended for solid extrusions and 10-50% for hollow extrusions and cell rubbers.
         Benefits    Options
Easy to fit into grooves  Cut into accurate lengths
Roll lengths up to 1000 m (no wastage)  UL94V-0 flame retardant core
Small dimensions  Chemical resistant rubbers like EPDM
High shielding performance  Silicone core for high temperatures up to 220° C
Deflection up to 50%  Endless gaskets according to customer specifics
Tools required: a pair of scissors  Different conductive foils and fabrics
 Low closure force
 High flexibility
