Based on Acrylic-mixingpolymere artificial resin emulsion with special conductive pigments
Color Black
Density Approx.1.0g/ml
Gloss value Mat
Original viscosity Approx. 35.000 cps Brookfield RVT Sp 6, 10 r.p.m. 20 deg
Processing viscosity Stir concentrate thoroughly and add about 20% clean water
Thinner Water, approx. 20%
Material usage Approx. 150-200 g/m2 (Depending on substrate and material)
Cleaning of working equipment Immediately with water usage of house hold detergents can intensity the effect
Air Drying : Above 5 c
Processing and Application pneumatic - spraying No
Airless - spraying Yes
By roller Yes
By brush Yes
Pretreatment : The substrate has to be even, workable, clean and dry. Remaining paint and plaster must be removed. Allow new applied plaster to harden for at least 14 days. An appropriate undercoating has to be applied on absorbing substrates.
Storing : Keep dry and cool, but frost-free. Opened containers sneed to be closed tightly. If thinned with water use as quick as possible.
